HD67C31-G43-B2 – IEC 61850 Server / MQTT Broker converter with LAN and LTE SIM.

HD67C31-G43-B2 is an industrial communication converter designed to connect IEC 61850 Server systems with an MQTT Broker architecture. It enables you to expose IEC 61850 data to modern publish/subscribe applications used in IIoT, monitoring platforms, analytics and supervisory layers, while keeping a cabinet-ready form factor and industrial operating range.

The G43 variant adds LTE connectivity for remote sites where permanent wired access is limited. The LTE interface uses a Micro-SIM and an SMA Female antenna connector (antenna must have an SMA Male connector). The device is built for DIN-rail installation and provides electrical isolation between Ethernet and power supply to improve robustness in industrial environments.

• BTN1 Recovery Mode to recover the device after a wrong firmware update; firmware update or reset is possible via the default IP 192.168.2.206 using a webserver.
• MQTT payload templating supports mapping IEC 61850 values into payloads, including the $VALUE$ keyword for flexible formats.
