HD67C32-B2 – IEC 61850 Client / MQTT Broker Converter for Ethernet networks in type B housing.

HD67C32-B2 is an industrial communication converter that connects an IEC 61850 Client environment with an MQTT Broker architecture. It is designed for applications where you want to read data from IEC 61850 servers and make it available to IIoT, monitoring, analytics or supervisory platforms using a publish/subscribe model with MQTT topics.

The Ethernet RJ45 port is used for programming the device and for MQTT and IEC 61850 communication. The device provides electrical isolation between Ethernet and power supply, is mountable on 35 mm DIN rail, and supports a wide input power range and temperature range for cabinet installations.

• Two dedicated MAC addresses: one for the MQTT side and one for the IEC 61850 side, supporting structured network deployment. 
• Configuration scope includes MQTT parameters, IEC 61850 line parameters, allowed MQTT clients, published/subscribed topics, internal topic forwarding and device update.
• MQTT payload templates support mapping IEC 61850 values using $VALUE$ and multi-variable keywords (useful for JSON payloads). 
• BTN1 Recovery Mode for recovery after a wrong firmware update; firmware update or reset is possible via default IP 192.168.2.206 using a webserver.
