IN485HIT001R000 is a BACnet MS/TP gateway enabling full bi-directional integration of Hitachi VRF AC units with BACnet networks.
The IN485HIT001R000 gateway allows seamless communication between Hitachi indoor air conditioning units and building automation systems via the BACnet MS/TP protocol. By wiring the gateway directly to the indoor unit, users can control essential parameters such as operating mode, fan speed, temperature setpoint, and more. Furthermore, the gateway supports real-time monitoring of unit status, error codes, alarms, and internal variables.
Installation is straightforward and does not require any additional software or external power supply. DIP switches on the device allow for rapid configuration of network settings and addressing. Its compact dimensions and flexible mounting options make it ideal for integration in diverse HVAC environments – whether mounted on a DIN rail, wall, or within the AC unit itself.
