The INBACSAM016O000 gateway from Intesis is a professional communication interface developed to enable seamless and bidirectional integration between Samsung NASA VRF air conditioning systems and BACnet IP or MS/TP networks. It is specifically designed for integration with BMS, SCADA, PLC or any third-party device acting as a BACnet client.

By connecting directly to the outdoor unit’s communication bus, this gateway allows full control and supervision of up to 16 indoor units in the VRF system. It enables not only access to the primary operating parameters such as setpoint temperature, operating mode, and fan speed, but also advanced internal variables and error signals of the system, improving diagnostics and system optimization.

The configuration process is streamlined using Intesis MAPS, the official tool by HMS for all new generation Intesis gateways. MAPS provides intuitive setup, scanning of all available indoor units in the installation, and powerful diagnostic functions to simplify commissioning and troubleshooting. It allows fast deployment, making the device ready for operation within minutes.
