The INKNXHIS064O000 IntesisBox gateway provides seamless and bidirectional integration between Hisense VRF air conditioning systems and KNX installations. This powerful interface is designed to control and monitor up to 64 indoor units, offering building automation engineers the possibility to incorporate full HVAC functionality within KNX-based control architectures.

The gateway connects directly to the outdoor unit's communication bus (H-Link), allowing centralized management of all indoor units linked to the system. Users can control key air conditioning parameters such as operation mode, fan speed, temperature setpoints, and error states. Moreover, advanced diagnostic and system variables from the outdoor unit are also accessible, supporting predictive maintenance and efficient HVAC management.

Configuration and commissioning are performed using Intesis MAPS – a robust and intuitive software suite from HMS. It enables quick setup through automatic scan of the connected devices, drag-and-drop configuration, and offline/online testing. The diagnostic tools available in MAPS help identify wiring or configuration issues and speed up troubleshooting. These features make the gateway an excellent choice for both new projects and retrofitting existing buildings with smart automation systems.
