The HD67931-B2-868MHz-40 is an industrial-grade M-Bus Wireless to MQTT gateway that enables seamless integration of wired M-Bus meters (up to 40) and wireless M-Bus meters (up to 32) into modern IoT and BMS/EMS infrastructures. Operating at 868 MHz, it is ideal for applications requiring stable and secure communication across complex building layouts and industrial facilities. Its type-B housing and DIN rail mounting make installation straightforward in technical cabinets and control panels.

This gateway allows collected M-Bus data to be published directly to MQTT servers, enabling real-time monitoring, cloud-based analytics, and IoT dashboards. Security is ensured through TLS/SSL encryption, which protects sensitive consumption data against unauthorized access or manipulation. The wide 18–35 V DC input voltage range, along with an operating temperature from -40 °C to +85 °C, ensures reliable operation in harsh and variable conditions.

The device is compatible with a wide range of meters, such as SIEMENS, Kamstrup, Maddalena, and Sontex. With the free SW67931 software, setup is simple and intuitive, allowing technicians to define MQTT parameters, configure M-Bus and M-Bus Wireless lines, select variables to publish, and update firmware. This makes the gateway an excellent solution for smart metering, sub-metering, energy audits, and remote billing.

HD67931-B2-868MHz-40 allows to publish the data read from MBus meters into a MQTT Server. These gateways allow a fast and easy access to the IoT world and they are compatible with IoT Servers that support MQTT protocol. The MQTT communication can be encrypted using TLS / SSL protocols, ensuring a secure communication.

They allow to monitor MBus meters (like SIEMENS, Kamstrup, Maddalena, Sontex, etc.). Converter is easy to configure thanks to free SW67931 software.
