The HD67C08-MSTP-G43-VPN-B2 is an industrial converter designed for secure integration of devices operating as BACnet MSTP Master on an RS485 network with modern MQTT-based IoT platforms. The device combines the functionality of a BACnet MSTP Master with a built-in MQTT Broker and an integrated VPN service, enabling encrypted and remote data transmission.

The G43-VPN variant is equipped with an LTE module and a SIM card slot, allowing reliable communication in locations without fixed Ethernet infrastructure. The integrated VPN service creates a secure communication tunnel between the BACnet MSTP installation and BMS, SCADA or cloud-based systems, significantly improving cybersecurity in distributed installations.

BACnet MSTP communication is handled via an RS485 interface terminated with a 3-way 5 mm screw terminal block, supporting data rates up to 115200 bps. On the network side, the converter operates as an MQTT Broker, providing 10/100 Base-T Autosensing communication via the RJ45 Ethernet port and LTE connectivity.

Galvanic isolation between the Ethernet interface and the power supply increases system reliability and protects the device against electrical disturbances commonly present in industrial environments. The compact B2 Modulbox enclosure allows fast installation on a DIN 35 mm rail.

With compact dimensions of 70 × 60 × 95 mm and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, the HD67C08-MSTP-G43-VPN-B2 is well suited for harsh industrial conditions and space-limited control cabinets.
