Industrial CAN to Modbus Master converter, metal housing resistant to vibration and shock with triple 4kV isolation between CAN/Modbus Master, CAN/power supply and Modbus Master/power supply.

Particularly suitable for installation in cars, trucks, trains, boats, in the industrial sector and in fragile environments.

The HD67411-E4V version is equipped with Mini-Fit® connectors and provides IP65 protection, making it resistant to dust and suitable for demanding but moderately humid conditions. Its metal enclosure ensures mechanical durability, while the triple 4kV isolation offers maximum electrical protection between CAN, Modbus Master and the power supply. These features make the device a reliable choice for mission-critical automation systems.

Two versions are available: the E4V variant with Mini-Fit® connectors and IP65 protection, and the E7V variant featuring SuperSeal 1.5 connectors with IP67 protection for complete sealing against water and dust. Thanks to these options, the converter can be adapted both to standard industrial cabinets and to the harshest automotive or marine environments.

This product can be mounted on any type of surface (horizontal, vertical or oblique) using four fixing lugs. Installers can also use hose clamps for additional stability. The wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C ensures safe operation in outdoor installations, inside vehicles, railway systems or machinery exposed to high thermal stress.

Configuration:

With the free SW67411 software on your PC you can:
  • Define the CAN frames to be read or written by the converter
  • Configure Modbus requests in read/write mode
  • Update the device firmware
The intuitive software simplifies commissioning and reduces integration time when connecting legacy Modbus-based systems with modern CAN devices such as sensors, ECUs or control modules.
