The HD67170-MSTP-B2 is an industrial communication gateway that allows seamless integration between BACnet Master devices (such as supervisory systems or PCs) and SNMP Agents. It functions as a BACnet MS/TP Slave device and translates BACnet object values into SNMP-compatible data that can be accessed by any SNMP Manager. This version features a robust housing type B (dimensions: 71 × 60 × 95 mm), designed for DIN rail installation in control cabinets. It provides reliable performance even in harsh environments, thanks to triple galvanic isolation and wide temperature operation range.
Configuration:
Using the free SW67170 software, you can:
- Define the SNMP network parameters (IP, port, community string)
- Set up BACnet MS/TP line parameters (baud rate, MAC address, etc.)
- Define SNMP requests to send to SNMP Agents
- Map BACnet Objects for reading and writing operations
- Update firmware and export/import configuration files
