HD67938-IP-B2 allows to publish and get the data into/from a MQTT Server using a BACnet Master (like PLC, Supervisory System etc.). These gateways allow a fast and easy access to the IoT world and they are compatible with IoT Servers that support MQTT. The MQTT communication can be encrypted using TLS / SSL protocols, ensuring a SECURE and SAFE communication.

The HD67938-IP-B2 is designed to bridge BACnet/IP Slave devices with MQTT platforms, enabling seamless integration of building automation networks with cloud-based IoT applications. By working as a BACnet Slave, the device provides data to a BACnet Master (such as a PLC or BMS controller) and simultaneously exchanges information with an MQTT broker. This dual functionality allows both legacy BACnet installations and modern IoT infrastructures to coexist in one ecosystem, simplifying integration and data management.

Thanks to its DIN rail housing type B (wide), the converter is compact and easy to install in industrial panels and electrical cabinets. The wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) ensures reliability in harsh industrial or outdoor environments. It is powered by a flexible supply of 8…24VAC or 12…35VDC, making it suitable for a wide range of energy infrastructures, from industrial plants to building automation systems.

The Ethernet interface provides 10/100 Base-T with autosensing, ensuring stable connectivity to the MQTT broker. On the BACnet side, the RJ45 connector allows the unit to act as a reliable slave device for BACnet Masters. With its bidirectional communication between BACnet and MQTT, the HD67938-IP-B2 makes it possible to both publish sensor data and receive control commands from the MQTT infrastructure.
