The HD67424-E7V is a robust CANopen to Modbus TCP Master converter designed for applications that demand durability, high isolation and environmental protection. Its metal housing offers excellent resistance to vibration and shock, making it highly reliable in automotive, transport and industrial sectors. The triple 4kV galvanic isolation ensures safe data transmission between networks and the power supply, protecting sensitive equipment against surges, EMC interference and ground loops. It is particularly suitable for installation in cars, trucks, trains, boats and in demanding industrial environments, where stable communication is essential.

Two protection levels are available: the V version with IP65 protection, providing complete dust-tightness and resistance to water jets, and the R version, which uses a full resin encapsulation to achieve IP67 waterproofing, insulation for wet environments and improved resistance to electrical noise. This flexibility allows users to select the right device for indoor dusty plants as well as for outdoor installations exposed to rain, moisture or high EMC noise. The availability of SuperSeal 1.5 connectors further enhances mechanical robustness and guarantees a secure and reliable connection in mobile or industrial systems.

The converter can be mounted on any type of surface (horizontal, vertical, or oblique) using four integrated fixing lugs. Additionally, metal hose clamps can be used to fix the unit without lugs, giving installers greater flexibility. With its compact design, low weight (approx. 200g) and operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, the HD67424-E7V meets strict automotive-grade standards. This ensures continuous operation in engine compartments, industrial control panels and field installations exposed to extreme weather.
