Its aluminum alloy enclosure, 3 mm ultra-thin bezel and fully enclosed fanless structure ensure high resistance to dust, oil, vibration and electromagnetic interference. The monitor features an 18.5″ TFT LCD display with 1920×1080 (Full HD) resolution, 270 cd/m² brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. With exceptionally wide 89/89/89/89° viewing angles, the display provides excellent readability from any operator position, which is crucial in industrial consoles, SCADA systems and HMI environments.

The 185-M28 provides a full set of industrial interfaces including HDMI, DisplayPort (DP), VGA, Audio I/O, and a touchscreen communication interface via RJ45 (USB-defined) with an included RJ45–USB cable. Power is supplied through a Phoenix 2-pin terminal, complemented by a GND grounding point to ensure stable operation in electrically noisy environments.

The monitor supports a wide 12–36 V DC power input range and is supplied with a 24 V / 1.5 A power adapter. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +60°C, while storage temperature extends from -20°C to +70°C. The unit can operate in environments with up to 95% non-condensing humidity, making it suitable for demanding industrial settings.

Touchscreen versions and mounting options – 185-M28 series

The 185-M28 series includes three variants: 185-M2800 (non-touch), 185-M2810 (10-point projected capacitive touch), 185-M2820 (resistive single-touch). Light transmittance values are ≥92% (non-touch), ≥88% (PCAP), and ≥78% (resistive).

The physical dimensions of the device are W486.5 × H307.4 × D58 mm, with a required panel cutout size of W469.7 × H290.6 mm. The monitor supports multiple mounting methods including panel installation, recessed wall installation, wall-mounting, desktop mounting, folding-arm systems, VESA mounting and suspended installation structures.
