The Model277A-S allows the transparent transmission of the serial RS-232 port via a singlemode fiber optic cable, is perfect for connecting RTU devices to a host or SCADA controller. With the opto-isolation and robust housing, the Model277A-S is ideal for use in projects with special electromagnetic and immunity requirements. The kit includes an external 5VDC power supply and converter instruction manual.
