The DK-AC-BAC-1 interface enables full bi-directional integration between Daikin domestic air conditioners and BACnet IP or BACnet MS/TP networks. This compact gateway provides direct connectivity to a single indoor unit and is ideal for residential and light commercial automation applications.
It offers control of key AC parameters like operating mode, fan speed, and temperature setpoint, while also allowing real-time monitoring of errors, alarms, and system status. The gateway supports BACnet IP via RJ45 Ethernet and MS/TP via RS485, providing flexible integration into building automation systems.
The product is designed for quick and hassle-free setup. No external software is required – configuration is done using DIP switches, and the device features a built-in web interface for local control, monitoring, and IP settings. It is powered directly through the Daikin indoor unit, eliminating the need for a separate power supply.
