Single-core cables, uncoated, halogen-free, with low smoke and corrosive gases emission.

Application

Single-core, non-corroded cables are suitable in particular in cases where low emissivity of fumes and corrosive gases is required in case of fire. H07Z1-U, R, K cables are designed for embedding in the form of cables mounted on surfaces or similar closed systems. Suitable for permanent or protective installation, or for lighting and electrical equipment for voltages up to 1000V or, up to 750V DC.

Construction:

  • Core: Copper, annealed according to EN 60228:
    • Class 1 H07Z1-U
    • Class 2 H07Z1-R
    • Class 5 H07Z1-K
  • Insulation: Halogen-free thermoplastic blend with low emission of smoke type TI7 according to EN 50363-7
  • Insulation color: Green-yellow, blue, black, brown, gray, orange, pink, red, turquoise, violet, white

Characteristics:

  • Maximum temperature of the wire during cable operation: +70°C
  • The minimum ambient temperature when laying cables: -5°C
  • Maximum core temperature during short circuit: +160°C
  • Voltage test 50Hz: 2500V

  • Resistance to flame spread:
    • Type 1 acc. to EN 60332-1-2
    • Type 2 acc. to EN 60332-3-24
  • Smoke emission: EN 61034-2
