Multi-conductor, heat-resistant cables with insulation and rubber coating, for mobile and portable receivers.

Cables intended for common use in home rooms, kitchens, offices, and for power equipment where cables are exposed to low mechanical stress (eg. kitchen appliances, soldering irons, toasters) also for use at low temperatures. They are not suitable for continuous use in the open air, in agricultural or industrial workshops and for the supply of portable tools except for household appliances.

Construction:

• Cores: Copper tinned round multi-core class 5 according to PN-EN 60228
• Insulation: Ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) type EI7 according to EN 50363-1
• Coating: Synthetic thermosetting compound type EM7 according to EN 50363-2-1
• Core identification (according to PN-HD 308 S2):
• 2-wire: blue, brown
• 3-strand: green-yellow, blue, brown

Characteristic:

• Symbolic explanation: H05BN4-F - Hose made according to harmonized standard (H), for voltage 300 / 500V (05), with insulation from heat-resistant rubber EPR (B) and a coating of heat-resistant oil-resistant rubber and non-spreading flame (N4), with flexible conductors (F)
• Maximum temperature of the conductor during cable operation: +90°C
• The minimum ambient temperature for laying cables: -20°C
• Maximum core temperature during short circuit: + 250°C
• Maximum permissible load: 15 N per mm² of copper cross-section
• Test voltage testing: 2000V
• The minimum bending radius:
• Composed permanently: 3 x D
• Connected to a portable or mobile device - Cable not mechanically loaded: 4 x D
• With a permissible mechanical load: 6 x D

• Standard packaging: in reels of 50 or 100 m and on drums of 500 m. There is a possibility of offering other lengths of sections and types of packaging
