HD67931-B2-433MHz-20 allows to publish the data read from MBus meters into a MQTT Server. These gateways allow a fast and easy access to the IoT world and they are compatible with IoT Servers that support MQTT protocol. The MQTT communication can be encrypted using TLS / SSL protocols, ensuring a secure communication. This gateway supports up to 20 M-Bus slave devices through both wired M-Bus Master and Wireless M-Bus interfaces operating at 433 MHz. The dual-interface design enables integration of existing wired metering networks with modern wireless systems, significantly simplifying deployment. The operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and 18…35 V DC power supply range allow use in demanding environments. The wide type B housing and DIN rail mounting ensure quick installation in industrial cabinets. Galvanic isolation between Ethernet and M-Bus provides robust protection against electrical disturbances and improves overall system reliability.

They allow to monitor MBus meters (like SIEMENS, Kamstrup, Maddalena, Sontex, etc.). Converter is easy to configure thanks to free SW67931 software. With the ability to handle both Wireless M-Bus (S1 & T1 communication) and Wired M-Bus Master protocols, the device is ideal for mixed infrastructure projects. Configuration via the SW67931 tool enables defining MQTT server settings, adjusting communication parameters, and mapping M-Bus variables for publication. The SMA female connector allows for the use of external high-gain antennas to improve wireless range, while the 2-way 5mm terminal block ensures secure wired connections. This flexibility makes it suitable for smart metering networks, district heating systems, water and energy distribution, and smart city applications. High reliability, simple configuration, and secure data transfer make it a valuable component in modern IoT ecosystems.
