Fujitsu RAC and VRF interface for KNX integration, INKNXFGL001R000 by Intesis

INKNXFGL001R000 is an industrial Intesis gateway designed to integrate Fujitsu RAC and Fujitsu VRF air conditioning systems with KNX building automation. It enables full bi-directional monitoring and control of operating parameters, so HVAC can be managed within the same scenes, schedules, and logic as other building subsystems.

The interface is wired directly to an indoor unit, ensuring stable data exchange and fast response to KNX commands. From the KNX side you can control core HVAC functions such as operating mode, fan speed, and temperature setpoint, while also being able to monitor errors, alarms and selected internal variables that are useful for diagnostics and maintenance.

A key advantage for BMS integration is the presence of 4 potential-free binary inputs, which make it easy to bring external dry-contact signals into the KNX logic (e.g. contacts, sensors, buttons, run/fault signals). This allows the gateway to act not only as an HVAC interface but also as a practical integration point for auxiliary signals in the AC zone.
