Single-core cables with silicone rubber insulation.

Designed for use in places with high ambient temperature, for internal wiring of lighting fixtures, control devices and distributors and heating devices.

They do not contain halogens, have a high flash point, very good dielectric properties at elevated temperatures, high resistance to many chemicals (oxygen, ozone, vegetable and animal fats, vegetable oils, soap solutions, alcohols, ammonia, weak alkalis and acids, sea water).

Construction:

  • Cores: Copper tinned round multi-core class 5 according to PN-EN 60228, DIN-EN 60228
  • Insulation: EI2 silicone rubber according to ZN-FKZ-016
  • Insulation color: Natural, green-yellow, blue, black, brown or other agreed between supplier and customer

Characteristics:

  • Maximum conductor temperature during cable operation: +180°C
  • Minimum ambient temperature for permanently laid cables: -60°C
  • Minimum ambient temperature for cable laying: -25°C
  • Maximum core temperature during short circuit: +350°C
  • Test voltage 50Hz: 2000V
  • The minimum bending radius:
    • Normal use 4 x D
    • carefully bent at the tip 2 x D
    • D - outer diameter of the wire
  • Standard packaging: 100 or 200 m in discs or reels. It is possible to offer other lengths of sections and types of packaging
