HD67C18-G43-B2 is an industrial communication converter designed to integrate KNX TP building automation systems with modern IoT platforms, SCADA solutions and cloud environments using the MQTT Broker architecture. The device enables reliable data exchange between the KNX fieldbus and Ethernet or cellular LTE networks, making it ideal for smart building and industrial automation applications.

The G43 variant provides combined LAN and LTE connectivity with a physical SIM card, ensuring continuous communication even in locations without fixed network infrastructure. This makes the converter particularly suitable for remote buildings, distributed automation systems and retrofit projects where network availability is limited or unstable.

KNX TP communication is handled via a dedicated KNX bus connector with a data rate of 9600 bps, while MQTT communication is performed through RJ45 Ethernet supporting 10/100 Base-T Autosensing as well as over the LTE cellular network. Galvanic isolation between Ethernet and the power supply improves system reliability and protects connected equipment in electrically noisy industrial environments.

The converter is housed in a compact B2 Modulbox enclosure designed for DIN 35 mm rail mounting. It supports operation in harsh environmental conditions with a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Compact dimensions of 70 × 60 × 95 mm allow easy installation inside space-constrained control cabinets.
