Power cables with insulation and rubber tire for mining mobile and portable receivers, multicore unshielded for rated voltage 0.6 / 1kV.

Construction:

  • Wire: Copper multi-wire class 5c (tinned) according to PN-88 / E-90160
  • Insulation: Made of rubber IZ according to PN-89 / E-29100
  • Color of insulation:
    • 2-wire: working veins - red, natural
    • 4-wire:
      • protective vein - black corrugated
      • working veins - green, red, natural
    • 5-wire:
      • protective conductor - black corrugated or in a black-colored spacer
      • working veins - green, red, natural
      • auxiliary vein - brown
  • Spacer: Made of rubber IZ according to PN-89 / E-29100
  • Tire: Made of ON4 or ON3 type rubber according to PN-89 / E-29100
  • Tire color: Black

Characteristic:

  • Application: For connecting mobile and portable devices
  • Explanation of the conductor symbol: OnG-1 tire (O) mining wire (G) with copper conductors, with insulating rubber insulation and rubber tire with increased mechanical properties, flame-retardant, oil-resistant (n) with strands twisted into a center with inserts or on the core (1)
  • Example of wire marking: OnG-1 4-wire cable for 0.6 / 1kV voltage with rated conductor cross-section 1.5 mm2, protective conductor 1.5mm2. OnG-1 0.6 / 1 kV 3x1.5 + 1.5 mm2 wire according to PN-89 / E-90143
