Construction:

• Working, protective and auxiliary veins: Copper tinned multi-wire class 5 acc. PN-EN 60228
• Separator: On operating wires made of polyester film
• Insulation: IEP heat-resistant rubber according to PN-89 / E-29100
• Screen on the working veins and on the sheath of the auxiliary veins: In the form of a roll with a conductive band and a braid of tinned copper wires of 0.30 mm diameter and plastic yarn with a coverage density of at least 30%
• Coating on the center of auxiliary veins: IZ or IEP rubber according to PN-89 / E-29100
• Inserts: Made of vulcanised rubber
• Color of insulation:
• Working: blue, natural, red
• 3 auxiliary: blue, natural, red
• 6 auxiliary: 2 blue, 2 natural, 2 red
• Outer tire: Of rubber type ON-5 according to PN-E22100: 1989
• Water-blocking tape: On the twisted medium of the hose, a loop of blocking tape with a swelling height of at least 5 mm
• Braid made of aramid cables: At least 18 aramid strands with a minimum breaking force of 2300 N
• Tire: Made of ON-4 type rubber, according to PN-89 / E-29100
• Tire color: Black

Characteristic:

• Application: For powering mine underground equipment, the cable can be installed without the use of a cable picker
• Explanation of the conductor symbol: power cable with copper conductors, heat-resistant rubber insulation (Gc) and flame retardant rubber (On), reinforced with a steel wire braid (OnZ) or aramid wires (A) with shielded wires with copper wire (ekż), mining (-G) waterproof (W)
