Construction:

  • Working, protective and auxiliary cores: Copper tinned multi-wire class 5 acc. PN-EN 60228
  • Separator: Coils made of polyester film on working veins
  • Insulation: IEP heat-resistant rubber according to PN-89 / E-29100
  • Color of insulation:
    • Working: blue, natural, red
    • 3 auxiliary: blue, natural, red
    • 6 auxiliary: 2 blue, 2 natural, 2 red
  • Screen on working veins and auxiliary veins insulation: In the form of a roll of conductive tape and a braid of tinned copper wires of 0.30 mm diameter and plastic yarn with a coverage density of at least 30%. After agreeing with the client, the wires may not have a screen on the auxiliary veins
  • Coating on the center of auxiliary veins: IZ or IEP rubber according to PN-89 / E-29100
  • Inserts: Made of vulcanised rubber
  • Conductor center: Three working conductors, a group of insulated, twisted auxiliary conductors in the shell and screen, and rubber inserts twisted on the protective veil. Center in a roll with water blocking tape.
  • Tire: Flame retardant polyurethane
  • Tire color: Yellow
