Separators and RS-232 signal amplifiers
Separators of RS-232 signal are most commonly used to protect the RS-232 port of a computer or controller when connecting it to peripherals that have an RS-232 connector. Separators are used when connecting computers, controllers, cash registers, industrial scales, scanners (including but not limited to barcode scanners), controllers, measuring instruments and a whole host of other devices.Depending on the type of device, separators differ in terms of: isolation of transmission lines, type of power supply, communication distance, transmission speed and additional parameters, such as fireproof housing.
Our offer currently includes two types of RS-232 signal separator:

- I-7551 manufacturer ICPDAS
The Model232I separator is characterized by a very attractive price, high availability (product always in Polish stock), communication at distances of up to 10m (at 9600bps), operating temperature from -10°C to 60°C, port power supply, port protection against overvoltage and discharge 600W/15kV ESD, and 5000V isolation on TXD, RXD, GND signals. The product comes with a 5-year warranty.
The I-7551 CR separator features a good price, communication over distances of up to 30m (up to 15m on both sides of the separator at 115200bps), an operating temperature of -25°C to 75°C, an external power supply of 10~30VDC, port protection against surges and discharges, three-way isolation of 3000V, DIN-rail mounting, and a UL94-V0-compliant fireproof enclosure. The product comes with a 12-month warranty.

RS-232 signal amplifiers
.Signal boosters are most often used in places where the signal is subject to interference, making communication with a peripheral device impossible or difficult. With help in such a situation comes the so-called RS-232 signal repeater, Model232D from manufacturer 3onedata. The Model232D is characterized by pair operation, the ability to extend the signal up to 2000m, a very attractive price, automatic detection of the transmission speed, isolation on 3 ports (TXD, RXD, GND), power supply from the port and an operating temperature from -10°C to 60°C.
