238-M28 – industrial 23.8″ monitor for panel installation with IP65 front protection and HDMI/VGA/DP interfaces. 

The 238-M28 is a 23.8-inch industrial monitor designed for panel installation in HMI systems, SCADA workstations and machine-control environments. The rugged aluminum alloy enclosure, combined with an ultra-thin 3 mm bezel and a sealed IP65 front panel, ensures durability and resistance to moisture, dust, oil and vibration. Its fully enclosed fanless structure and industrial-grade controller board provide stable 24/7 operation even in electrically and mechanically demanding industrial conditions.

The monitor features a 23.8-inch TFT LCD display with a 1920×1080 Full HD resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. With 250–300 cd/m² brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio, the display ensures clear visibility in bright industrial environments. Ultra-wide viewing angles of 89/89/89/89° guarantee excellent readability for multi-operator workstations and elevated mounting positions.

Interfaces – HDMI, VGA, DP, Audio I/O, RJ45 (USB-defined) and Phoenix 2-pin power connector

The 238-M28 provides a full set of industrial interfaces, including HDMI, DisplayPort (DP), VGA, Audio I/O and an RJ45 (USB-defined) touchscreen interface. The RJ45–USB cable is included. Power is supplied through a Phoenix 2-pin terminal, complemented by a dedicated GND grounding point to improve stability in electrically noisy installations.

Power supply and environmental durability

The monitor supports a 12–36 V DC power input range and is supplied with a 24 V / 1.5 A power adapter. It operates in temperatures from -10°C to +60°C, with a storage range of -20°C to +70°C. It also supports up to 95% non-condensing humidity, making it suitable for harsh factory environments.

Touchscreen versions and mounting options – 238-M28 series

The 238-M28 series is available in three variants: 238-M2800 (non-touch), 238-M2810 (projected capacitive PCAP, 10-point), 238-M2820 (resistive single-touch). Light transmittance values: ≥92% / ≥88% / ≥78%.

According to the mechanical drawings, the external dimensions of the monitor are W606 × H376 × D61 mm, with a required panel cutout of W589.6 × H359.6 mm. Supported mounting methods include: panel installation, wall-embedded installation, wall mounting, desktop installation, folding-arm systems, VESA mounting and suspended mounting structures.
