The device enables direct control and monitoring of the air conditioning unit from the KNX system, without the need for additional controllers or protocol converters.

The INKNXDAI001R000 supports one indoor unit, providing access to its operating parameters, statuses, and error indications. AC unit data is mapped to KNX communication objects, allowing straightforward integration with KNX touch panels, room controllers, visualisation systems, and central building management platforms.

The gateway allows simultaneous control of the air conditioning unit from both the KNX system and the manufacturer’s original remote controller or wired controller. This ensures maximum flexibility and user comfort while maintaining full system-level control.

Device configuration is performed entirely using the ETS software, enabling KNX integrators to seamlessly incorporate the gateway into existing KNX projects.
