Model1100-C1 – Industrial Fast Ethernet 100M Rack Card with 1×RJ45 and 1×Fiber

Model1100-C1 is an industrial Fast Ethernet 100M slide-in card designed for rack-mounted media converter chassis such as RACK2000B. The card enables reliable signal conversion between copper Ethernet 10/100Base-TX and optical fiber 100Base-FX, extending transmission distance and improving immunity to electromagnetic interference.

The module is equipped with 1× RJ45 Ethernet port supporting 10/100 Mb/s and 1× 100Base-FX fiber port available with SC / ST / FC connectors. The copper interface supports auto-negotiation, auto-MDI/MDI-X and full/half-duplex operation, allowing seamless integration into existing Ethernet infrastructures.

Model1100-C1 operates using a store-and-forward switching mechanism with forwarding latency of <10 µs. A 1 Mbit packet buffer and 0.4 Gbps backplane bandwidth ensure stable data transmission even under increased network load.

The card complies with IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3x and 802.3ab standards, ensuring full compatibility with industrial Ethernet networks. Its design focuses on low power consumption and continuous, reliable operation in demanding environments.
