Model3012-C1 – Industrial Gigabit Ethernet Rack Card with 1×RJ45 and 1×Fiber

Model3012-C1 is an industrial Gigabit Ethernet slide-in card designed for rack-mounted media converter chassis such as RACK2000B. The card enables reliable conversion between copper Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T(X) and optical fiber 1000Base-X, extending transmission distance and providing electrical isolation with high immunity to electromagnetic interference.

The module is equipped with 1× Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port supporting 10/100/1000 Mb/s and 1× Gigabit fiber port available with SC / ST / FC connectors. The copper interface supports auto-negotiation, auto-MDI/MDI-X and full/half-duplex operation, allowing seamless integration into existing network infrastructures.

Model3012-C1 operates using a store-and-forward switching mechanism with forwarding latency of <10 µs. A built-in 1K MAC address table, 12 KB packet buffer and 4 Gbps backplane bandwidth ensure stable and reliable data transmission in industrial networking environments.

The card complies with IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3ab, 802.3z and 802.3x standards, ensuring full compatibility with Gigabit Ethernet networks. The hardware design is optimized for low power consumption and continuous operation in demanding industrial conditions.
