The HD67424-E4R is a high-performance converter enabling integration between CANopen networks and Modbus TCP Master systems such as PLCs, SCADA or industrial controllers. Thanks to its rugged metal housing and reinforced design, it is resistant to vibration, shock and mechanical stress, ensuring long-term stability. The device provides triple 4kV galvanic isolation between power supply, CANopen and Modbus TCP Master lines, protecting equipment from surges, ground loops and electrical noise.

The converter is offered in two protection levels: V version with IP65 and R version with IP67 encapsulation. The HD67424-E4R variant provides the higher-grade IP67 sealing, ensuring full resistance to dust, water, humidity and aggressive industrial agents. This makes it suitable for marine applications, outdoor installations and environments with high levels of moisture or chemicals. Mini-Fit® connectors guarantee secure and compact electrical connections.

The device can be mounted on horizontal, vertical or oblique surfaces using four fixing lugs, or optionally attached with metal hose clamps. This flexibility facilitates installation in different industrial setups. A wide temperature range from -40°C to +105°C meets the requirements of automotive, rail and heavy industry, ensuring reliable operation in both low-temperature outdoor conditions and high-heat production environments.
