IGW3200-2T1D-TB-P (24VDC) is an industrial communication gateway designed for one very specific task: reliable and fast integration of Modbus RTU (RS-485) devices into PROFINET IO networks. PROFINET IO ready for PLC environments

The device supports up to 1440 bytes of input data and 1440 bytes of output data, provides IRT communication capability, and ensures deterministic data exchange between PLCs and serial field devices.

RS-485 without compromises

The RS-485 interface is implemented using terminal block connectors, simplifying installation inside control cabinets. The gateway supports Modbus RTU and can operate either as a Modbus master or a Modbus slave.

Common Modbus RTU function codes (01H, 02H, 03H, 04H, 05H, 06H, 0FH, 10H) are supported, and the device also allows implementation of custom serial communication protocols, which is especially useful when integrating legacy or non-standard equipment.
