Construction:

  • Cores: Annealed, flexible twisted pair of tinned copper, class 5 according to EN 60228
  • Separator: The right tape between the conductor and the insulation
  • Insulation: Cross-linked, thermoset Halogen-free compound type EI8 according to EN 50363-5
  • Core identification: Main core colors according to HD 308, DIN VDE 0293-308
    • 2-wire: blue, brown
    • 3-wire: green-yellow, blue, brown
    • 4-wire: green-yellow, brown, black, gray
    • 5-wire: green-yellow, blue, brown, black, gray
    • over 5 wires: green-yellow, other black with white numbering
  • Outer shell: Cross-linked, thermosetting halogen-free compound type EM8 according to EN 50363-6
  • The color of the outer coating: Black or color can be agreed
  • Non-combustible: IEC 60332-1-2: 2004, EN 60332-1-2: 2004

Characteristic:

  • Application: For applications in wind turbines and inwards, temporarily outside, mainly in situations where low emission of fumes and corrosive gases is required in case of fire
  • Low smoke emission, non-flammability halogen-free coating
  • Temperature range: from -30 °C to +50 °C. For permanent placement, the lowest temperature is -40 °C
  • Resistance to UV radiation, solar radiation, ozone, oils
  • Ink overprint for ease of identification
  • Standard packaging: 1000 m on drums. Other packaging and delivery options available on request
