Multi-strand flexible cables with EPR insulation with polyurethane coating, for mobile and portable receivers, for use in conditions of high mechanical and chemical exposures.

Wires having a polyurethane coating are characterized by high mechanical strength, abrasion resistance and oils, solvents, sewage, oxygen, ozone, weather conditions. Designed for use wherever there is a high risk of mechanical damage (drawing, dragging, moving, bending), in dry, wet and moist rooms and in open areas.

They are used for connecting industrial and agricultural devices, electric tools such as drills and circular saws, as well as portable engines or machines on construction sites, farms and shipyards, they can be used in cold stores, they can also be permanently laid as installation cables.

Construction:

• Veins: Tinned, soft copper wires class 5 according to PN-EN 60228
• Insulation: EPR type EI6 type rubber compound according to EN 50363-1
• Coating: Polyurethane type TMPU according to EN 50363-10-2
• Coating color: Orange, black, blue, yellow or other acc. to customer wishes
• Core identification (according to PN-HD 308 S2):
• 2-wire: blue, brown
• 3-wire: green-yellow, blue, brown
• 4-wire: green-yellow, brown, black, gray
• 5-wire: green-yellow, blue, brown, black, gray
• more than 5 veins: green-yellow (in the outer layer), other blacks with digital overprint

Characteristic:

• Explanation of symbolism: H05BQ-F - Conduit made according to harmonized standard (H), for 300 / 500V (05), insulated with heat-resistant rubber EPR (B) and polyurethane coating (Q), with flexible conductors (F)
• Maximum temperature of the conductor during cable operation: + 90°C
• The minimum ambient temperature for permanently laid cables: -40°C
• The minimum ambient temperature for laying cables: -20°C
• Maximum core temperature during short circuit: + 250 °C
• Test voltage 50 Hz: 2000V
• Standard packaging: In reels of 200 m and on drums of 500 m. It is possible to offer other lengths of sections and types of packaging
