Installation cables with XLPE insulation and halogen-free plastic coating.

Installation cables with crosslinked polyethylene insulation and a sheath of halogen-free thermoplastic material, with low fumes and corrosive gases emission during combustion. Designed for installation in buildings with stricter fire protection requirements. Designed for permanent installation in power and lighting installations, for laying in dry and damp rooms above, under and under plaster, in masonry and concrete, except for direct deposition in single-fraction concrete, vibrated and whipped concrete.

Construction:

  • Core: Made of soft copper wires, single-core class 1 or multi-wire class 2 according to EN 60228
  • Insulation: cross-linked polyethylene XLPE type 2Xl1 according to DIN VDE 0276-604
  • Filling: halogen-free unvulcanized rubber
  • Coating: Special Halogen free thermoplastic HM2 according to DIN VDE 0250-214
  • Coating color: gray RAL 7035, white or red. Other colors available on request

      • 1-core: green-yellow
      • 3-core: green-yellow, blue, brown
      • 4-core: green-yellow, brown, black, gray
