Heavy cable with insulation and rubber coating for mining and industry.

Cables intended for very heavy mechanical loads, in fixed and mobile installations as a power cord for high power devices, for example in opencast mines, excavations, construction sites and in the engineering industry, in dry and humid rooms and in the open air. It is very mechanically resistant. High resistance to tearing, cutting, abrasion, oils, lubricants, chemicals and the influence of water, the spread of flame, good flexibility even at low temperatures.

Construction:

  • Core: Copper tinned round multi-wire class 5 according to DIN-EN 60228
  • Insulation: EPR rubber compound type 3GI3 according to VDE 207 part 21
  • Inner coating: Rubber compound type GM1b according to VDE 207 part 21
  • Outer coating: Rubber compound that spreads flame and oil resistant 5GM5 according to VDE 207 part 21
  • Coating color: Yellow or black
  • Identification of veins:
    • NSSHÖU-J:
      • 3-wire: green-yellow, blue, brown
      • 4-wire: green-yellow, brown, black, gray
      • 4-wire for special applications: green-yellow, blue, brown, black
      • 5-wire: green-yellow, blue, brown, black, gray
      • more than 5 veins: green-yellow (in the outer layer), other black veins with digital imprint
    • NSSHÖU-O:
      • 2-wire: blue, brown
      • 3-wire: brown, black, gray
