Flexible cables with insulation and coating of cross-linked, halogen-free mixes, with low fumes and corrosive gases emission.

Usage:

• For indoor use, temporarily outside, mainly in situations where low emission of fumes and corrosive gases is required in case of fire
• Other industrial applications

Construction:

• Veins: Flexible copper class 5 according to PN-EN 60228, tinned or bare wires
• Separator: If necessary, a suitable tape between the conductor and the insulation
• Insulation: Cross-linked, thermoset Halogen-free compound type EI8 according to EN 50363-5
• Identification of veins:
• G (with green-yellow vein):
• 3 veins: Green-yellow, Blue, Brown
• 4 veins: Green-yellow, Brown, Black, Gray; Green-yellow, blue, brown, black
• 5 veins: Green-yellow, Blue, Brown, Black, Gray
• More than 5 veins: Green-yellow, other black with white numbering
• x (without a green-yellow vein):
• 2 wires: Blue, Brown
• 3 wires: Brown, Black, Gray; Blue, Brown, Black
• 4 wires: Blue, Brown, Black, Gray
• 5 wires: Blue, Brown, Black, Gray, Black
• over 5 veins: Black with white numbering
• Outer shell: Cross-linked, thermosetting halogen-free compound type EM8 according to EN 50363-6
• External coating color: Black, other colors can be agreed

Characteristic:

• Maximum temperature of the conductor during cable operation: + 90°C
• Maximum temperature on the conductor surface: + 80°C
• The minimum temperature during assembly and handling transportation: -5°C
• Maximum core temperature during short circuit: + 250°C
• Fume emission during combustion: IEC 61034-2; Resistance to UV radiation, ozone, oils
• Standard packaging: 1000m on drums. Other packaging and delivery options available on request
