101-M28 – industrial 10.1″ panel-mount monitor with IP65 front protection and HDMI/VGA/DP interfaces. 

The 101-M28 is a 10.1-inch industrial panel-mount monitor designed for embedded installation in automation systems, operator panels, and control cabinets. Its aluminum alloy enclosure, ultra-thin 3 mm bezel, and fully sealed fanless construction provide excellent resistance to harsh industrial conditions including dust, oils, vibration, and electromagnetic interference. The flat IP65-rated front panel makes the device suitable for demanding HMI and machine control environments.

Key display features

The 10.1″ TFT LCD screen delivers a resolution of 1280×800 (16:10), a high brightness level of 400 cd/m², and a strong 1000:1 contrast ratio. With wide viewing angles of 85/85/85/85° (L/R/U/D), the display remains clear and readable from any operator position. This makes the 101-M28 particularly effective in HMI/SCADA applications requiring a larger workspace than 7″ or 8″ displays.

Video inputs and connectivity – HDMI, VGA, DP, Audio, RJ45 touch

The 101-M28 supports three major video interfaces, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of industrial PCs and controllers: HDMI, VGA, and DisplayPort (DP). Touch-enabled models include an RJ45 (USB-defined) port with an RJ45-to-USB touch cable. Additional interfaces include Audio I/O and a 2-pin Phoenix terminal for power.

Power supply and industrial durability

The monitor supports a wide-range 12–36 V DC power input and is supplied with a 24 V / 1.5 A power adapter. Operating conditions are designed for demanding environments, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C (optional -20°C to +70°C) and tolerance for up to 95% non-condensing humidity. Its robust design ensures reliability in heavy industry, manufacturing plants, building automation, machinery, and transport systems.

Touchscreen variants and mounting options – 101-M28 series

The 101-M28 series includes three variants: 101-M2800 (non-touch), 101-M2810 (10-point projected capacitive touch), and 101-M2820 (resistive single-touch). Light transmittance values are: ≥92% (non-touch), ≥88% (PCAP), ≥78% (resistive). The compact dimensions W293.6 × H193.6 × D46 mm provide flexible installation options such as panel-mount, wall-mount, desktop, folding arm, and VESA-compatible mounting.
