The 104-M28 is a 10.4-inch industrial panel-mount monitor designed for embedded installation in HMI systems, operator stations, and industrial control panels. Its aluminum alloy enclosure, ultra-thin 3 mm bezel, fully sealed fanless structure, and excellent anti-interference capabilities ensure reliable performance in harsh environments with dust, oil, vibration, and temperature fluctuations. The flat front panel with IP65 protection allows safe use in demanding industrial conditions.

High-clarity display for industrial HMI applications

The 10.4″ TFT LCD display offers a resolution of 1024×768 (4:3), a strong brightness rating of 400 cd/m², and a high 1000:1 contrast ratio. With wide viewing angles of 80/80/80/80° (L/R/U/D), operators can clearly view information from multiple positions. These characteristics make the 104-M28 especially suitable for SCADA systems, machine interfaces, and visual process monitoring.

Interfaces and connectivity – HDMI, VGA, DP, Audio, RJ45 touch

The 104-M28 provides broad compatibility with industrial PCs, embedded computers, and PLCs. It includes three video inputs: HDMI, VGA, and DisplayPort (DP). Touch-enabled versions feature an RJ45 (USB-defined) interface and come with an RJ45-to-USB touch cable. Additional connections include Audio I/O and a 2-pin Phoenix terminal for DC power input.

The monitor operates from a wide-range 12–36 V DC input and includes a 24 V / 1.5 A power adapter. Its operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C (customizable to -20°C…+70°C) and tolerance for up to 95% non-condensing humidity ensure stable performance in harsh industrial environments such as production plants, machinery, automation cabinets, and transportation systems.

Touchscreen versions and mounting options – 104-M28 series

The 104-M28 series includes three models: 104-M2800 (non-touch), 104-M2810 (10-point projected capacitive touch), and 104-M2820 (resistive single-touch). Light transmittance values are: ≥92% (non-touch), ≥88% (PCAP), and ≥78% (resistive). The compact dimensions W288 × H231 × D49 mm support flexible installation including panel-mount, wall-mount, desktop, folding arm, and VESA-compatible mounting systems.
