The INKNXMIT100C000 IntesisBox gateway is specifically engineered to enable reliable and bidirectional communication between Mitsubishi Electric City Multi systems and KNX building automation networks. This interface supports integration of up to 100 indoor unit groups and ensures seamless interoperability with KNX devices for centralized monitoring and control.

By directly connecting to the outdoor unit communication bus, this gateway enables comprehensive access to both standard AC commands (ON/OFF, mode, fan speed, setpoint) and advanced diagnostics parameters from the City Multi system. It provides engineers and integrators with deep insight into real-time system status and internal variables such as error codes and performance feedback.

Configuration is carried out using the powerful and intuitive Intesis MAPS software platform. This tool simplifies commissioning with features like automatic unit discovery, point mapping, and in-depth diagnostics for troubleshooting. With support for firmware updates and extended setup options, Intesis MAPS ensures long-term flexibility and support for evolving installations.
