The 080-M28 is an 8-inch industrial panel-mount monitor equipped exclusively with a projected capacitive (PCAP) touchscreen, designed for embedded installation in operator panels, control cabinets, machinery and HMI terminals. Its aluminum alloy construction, fully enclosed and fanless design, combined with an ultra-thin 3 mm bezel, ensures excellent durability in demanding industrial environments.

The flat, sealed IP65-rated front panel provides reliable protection against dust, oil splashes, vibration and moisture, making the monitor well suited for automation systems, machine control and industrial HMI applications.

Powered by an industrial-grade display controller, the 080-M28 is designed for stable 24/7 continuous operation. The integrated 8″ TFT LCD panel features a native resolution of 1024×768 (4:3), brightness of 250–300 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 800:1. Wide viewing angles of 85/85/85/85° (L/R/U/D) ensure clear visibility from virtually any operator position.

The projected capacitive touchscreen enables precise and intuitive multi-touch operation, including use with industrial gloves, making the monitor ideal for operator stations, process visualization and machine control.

Video inputs and touchscreen interface – HDMI, VGA, DP

The 080-M28 provides a complete set of video interfaces for easy integration with industrial PCs, embedded controllers and PLC systems. Supported inputs include HDMI, VGA and DisplayPort (DP), ensuring compatibility with both modern and legacy automation hardware.

The projected capacitive touchscreen communicates via a standard USB interface, implemented using an included RJ45-to-USB cable. Additional connections include Audio I/O and an industrial power input.

Humidity tolerance of up to 95% non-condensing ensures reliable operation in harsh industrial environments, including machinery, food processing, building automation and transportation systems.
